Audrey is not only smart, fun, and clearly beautiful— she’s also a cat lover, has already traveled to 22 countries, and she’s got big dreams for her new life after high school. She’s decided she’ll be heading off to San Diego this fall to study statistics! When I asked how she decided to go away to school, in addition to loving San Diego and the campus, she said she was excited by the opportunity to make a fresh start in a new place. <3 Audrey also has plans for surfing (of course!) and San Diego is so cool that they just go ahead and teach you that in college.
I’d also say she’s way ahead of the curve as she already has a strong sense of who she is and what she wants. I did not have that same clarity in high school and I think it can be so powerful to know what you want to study in college or who you want to become. But, if you’re coming up to graduation (high school or even college) and you don’t know yet what you want to be, here’s what I have to say about that:
There can be a lot of pressure put on you to identify “what you will be” when you graduate— but I just want to remind you that you don’t have to have it all figured out. You might have to pick a major, though.
Congrats, Audrey and Good Luck! I can’t wait to see you up on a surf-board with Camille! 😉
