01 // How far in advance should I book?
I highly recommend booking at least 1 month out when possible, since availability is limited. If you're on a time crunch, still reach out. Availability can vary by season and if I’m full, I can add you to the waitlist in the event a last-minute opening pops up.
02 // Can I change my session date after booking?
I get it, life happens. However, to be fair to you and every other client in my session calendar, I stick firmly to my schedule. Your retainer holds your date, and that spot is no longer available to be booked by anyone else.
Note that 72 hours after booking, there are financial repercussions to changing your session date. Non-refundable retainers and cancellation fees cover time already spent on your project, additional labor to reschedule, contractor fees, lost wages, and processing fees. 03 // What if I’m late to my session?
It's a great idea to give yourself a buffer before and after your shoot. We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so we'll have time to unload, talk through your wardrobe, and show you the space before you jump straight into hair and makeup.
Please notify us if you're running behind schedule, but try to stay calm and drive safely. We'll do our best to accommodate you within our means, but it's important to note that late arrivals can leave you with less time for hair and makeup or lost session time.
